Every now and then, a creative idea lands that just makes me grin from ear to ear.
Today was one of those days.

I spent the afternoon creating four brand-new products in my merch store — coffee mugs featuring images from my own abstract paintings! Each one is 15 oz., bold, colorful, and (of course) completely one-of-a-kind.

But there’s a fun backstory behind this little project...

Many years ago, I came across a set of the coolest mugs — each printed with artwork from the Masters like Monet, Renoir, and van Gogh. Those mugs quickly became my favorites, and their paintings became favorites too. Starry Night by van Gogh and Luncheon of the Boating Party by Renoir still make my heart light up every time I see them.

So today, while remembering those beloved mugs, I thought:

“Why not put some of my own artwork into the mix?”
