Sometimes we find ourselves pushed into a “middle place”. That uneasy, in-between space where it feels like nothing is settled and everything feels discombobulated.


We try to stay busy to avoid it, but sometimes the only thing that really helps is to pause, breathe, and reconnect. To call the spade a spade...in full awareness.


I’ve created a handful of tools — sounds, meditations, and practices — to help you do exactly that.




Guided Meditations

Short, intentional practices to help you reclaim your energy and reconnect with yourself.
Each one is just 5–15 minutes, no meditation experience required — just press play and I’ll guide you through it.

These are tools I use myself when life feels too full, too busy, or just…off. Some are free, some are available for a small exchange, but they all exist to help you pause, reclaim your energy, and come home to yourself.
