This
week in America is called Thanksgiving Week.
And while I honor
the tradition behind it, I’ve started calling it Gratitude
Week instead.
Not because of the holiday dinners or the timelines or the
expectations —
but because gratitude isn’t meant to live
only on one day.
Gratitude is a practice.
A spiritual muscle.
A way of
choosing where your attention rests.
It isn’t just listing blessings or checking boxes.
It’s
the act of turning toward what is good, what is true, what is still
holding you when the world feels uncertain or loud.
When you practice gratitude, something small yet powerful
happens:
You start to notice what was already there.
You
feel supported instead of lacking.
You shift from scarcity into
presence.
It anchors abundance.
It builds resilience.
And it
reminds you that you already hold the keys to transform your world.
Even a few intentional moments each day can create ripples of change — in your nervous system, your relationships, your outlook, your breath.
For our Full Harvest Moon Gathering in October, we created a 10-page Gratitude Journal as a space for reflection, noticing, and remembering what sustains you.
This week, I’m sharing it again as a gentle offering, as a
gift.
A place for you to pause.
To write.
To
breathe.
To practice gratitude not as an obligation — but as a
devotion.

May this week be less about perfection,
and more about
presence.
With love,
Rach
